Paper Excellence completes the acquisition of Domtar – Magazine for the nonwoven industry


The Excellence Paper Group, a diversified global manufacturer of pulp and specialty papers, printing, writing and packaging, announced the successful closing of its previously announced acquisition of Domtar, a leading supplier of fiber products. Acquisition makes Paper Excellence Group an industry leader, significantly expanding its global reach and expanding its product line to include nonwovens and airlaid containerboard, in addition to pulp and paper production. greatly increased.

Domtar will operate as a stand-alone business entity within the Paper Excellence Group, with Domtar’s current CEO and management remaining in place. There are no other changes to Domtar’s operating locations, business plans or employee base at this time.
